Gross take - 30%
How trading compares with the weekly target for the site.
Wage control - 25%
How employer cost compares with the wage budget.
Daily average - 15%
How the current daily trading average compares with the weekly target daily average.
Timesheet flags - 10%
Open flagged timesheet rows reduce the score until they are cleared.
Payroll readiness - 10%
The score improves when payroll is ready or complete and there are no blocked review items left.
Stocktake completion - 5%
Completed stocktake locations are compared with the weekly list.
Sales verification - 5%
Gross take is compared with the till sales report for the week.
